ÂÜÀòÉç is proud to announce our new ABOVE (Accelerated Business Online Veteran Education) program for Veterans. The ABOVE program is an accelerated, online degree program that is perfect for military students looking to complete their bachelor's degree online in an innovative new format that combines tests for college credit and online classes.
In partnership with Foundation 214 and Total Testing, ÂÜÀòÉç has created an accelerated, online bachelors degree completion program designed for both Veterans, Active Duty Military and Reservists to complete their BS in Business Administration.
How does the program work?
Step 1 »
and be evaluated for transfer credit from any previous institution
Step 2 »
Work with a supportive mentor to take test for college credit to reach 90 credit hours
Step 3 »
Complete the remaining 30 credit hours of your degree online with ÂÜÀòÉç
Upon completion of the program, students earn a fully accredited, NYS approved, Bachelor of Business Administration from ÂÜÀòÉç.
Who is eligible?Â
While there is no such thing as a typical student, this program is perfect for Veterans, Active Duty Military or Reservists who have already completed some college credits, have the ability to complete college-level work online, and the motivation to use their skills to further their education and career.
How much does the program cost?
ÂÜÀòÉç has received a $1.5 million dollar grant from Foundation 214, an organization committed to helping improve the lives of veterans through education. With the support of Foundation 214, Veterans Active Duty Military and Reservists can receive full funding for up to 90 credits of the test by credit portion of the degree program. Online coursework tuition can be covered by military benefits if available. When you apply, your Veteran’s Benefits Counselor will assist you in understanding the full costs and benefits available to you.
Will I have support?
We understand that Veterans and Active Duty military need support to achieve their goals. The ABOVE program offers full online and on campus wrap around services as part of our Veteran Success Center. Support services include tutoring, mentoring, mental health counseling and career coaching. You have given much to our country and we are here to support you so you can achieve your goal of earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
ÂÜÀòÉç Receives $1.5M Grant from Alfiero Foundation to Support Veterans
At an MOU signing on March 8, ÂÜÀòÉçÌý²¹²Ô»åÌý - a charitable foundation that supports US military veterans- signed an MOU awarding the university with a $1.5M grant to offer comprehensive veterans services that meet the academic, financial, and social-emotional needs of military-aligned and veteran students.
